Lindsey Vonn was born in 1984 and is now retired. In 2010 she was the winner of four World Cup events, including the downhill gold medal. Her name is a second place worldwide for the highest scores, whether male or female skiers. She is among the top and most beloved skiers of the past. Caroline Vonn, also known by her name Lindsey Vonn, is an American World Cup alpine racer who competes in the US Ski Team. There have been four occasions she was named the winner of the World Cup overall competition. She is one of the most well-known athletes throughout American the history of sports. She is one of only six women to have won the five World Cup races for alpine-skiing. Overall, she's been awarded 82 World Cup championships. A world-class skier and one of the most successful ski racers have taken a decision to step down following the World Championships that will be held in Sweden. Four times World Cup winner decided to retire after battling a variety of illnesses. She announced her retirement on social media. This week, I'll race in the final race of my professional career at the Downhill as well as the SG World Championships in Re Sweden.
