Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The show saw her finish at third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectation. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. It's not surprising that she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second heavy weight day.
